Changing Price on a Product

Product prices can be changed in 2 different ways:

On a sales order

1. Add the item.
2. The field furthest to the right is editable. Change the price.

Note: If the item is added to a Sales Order and you clicked on the item title and then edit the price on the product page the price of the item on the sales order will not update. You will need to delete the item and re-add it to the order.

On the product page

1. Navigate to the Products from the left side panel.
2. Find the item and click on the 3 dots to the right and click edit.
3. On the side panel update the price and submit.

1. Navigate to the Products from the left side panel.
2. Click the item name and then select edit from the top right.

3. Modify the price and submit.
